Please read these terms before submitting your application. By submitting the application form you confirm that you accept these terms and consent to the processing described below.
Important — this is not a hiring process and does not create an employer/employee relationship. By applying, you confirm that you are seeking to provide services as an independent contractor to Premium Cleaning and not as an employee of Premium Cleaning or any Customer. Please read and confirm each of the statements below as they describe the working relationship and responsibilities you accept by applying:
Applicants must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. Deliberately providing false or misleading information may be grounds for rejection or later termination of engagement.
As part of the application process we may conduct background checks, identity verification and reference checks where permitted by law. By applying you consent to such checks. If you do not consent, please do not submit the application.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction where the role is located. You are responsible for maintaining any required permits, licenses or authorizations. Offers of engagement may be conditioned on proof of the right to work.
When you upload a resume or other documents you confirm you have the right to provide those materials and that they are free of malware. Submitted files may be stored on our servers to process your application.
We collect and process personal data included in your application for recruitment and engagement purposes: to evaluate your application, contact you, perform checks, and record decisions. We will retain application records in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Submitting an application does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, or guarantee any offer. Any engagement offered will be subject to a separate written agreement and required checks and may be withdrawn if checks are unsatisfactory.
Certain roles may require physical tasks, valid driving credentials, vehicle insurance, drug screening, or other role‑specific requirements. Consent to these checks and screenings is part of the application process when applicable.
If you wish to withdraw your application or correct submitted information, contact us at contact@premium.cleaning and we will process your request in accordance with our privacy practices.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data you provide. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure; by submitting documents online you accept that a residual risk remains. Do not submit documents you do not want stored electronically.
