Please read these terms before submitting your application. By submitting the application form you confirm that you accept these terms and consent to the processing described below.

1. Independent Contractor Acknowledgement

Important — this is not a hiring process and does not create an employer/employee relationship. By applying, you confirm that you are seeking to provide services as an independent contractor to Premium Cleaning and not as an employee of Premium Cleaning or any Customer. Please read and confirm each of the statements below as they describe the working relationship and responsibilities you accept by applying:

  • I understand and acknowledge that I am a self‑employed independent contractor and not an employee of Premium Cleaning, any Customer, and/or any other entity that requests or is in any way involved in making available and/or referring services through the Premium Cleaning platform.
  • I specifically desire and intend to operate as an independent contractor.
  • I affirm that I perform (or have performed) work that is the same as, or related to, the work I intend to obtain through Premium Cleaning; that I operate an independently established trade, occupation, profession, or business offering services to the public as a sole proprietor or a business entity; and that I maintain a principal place of business in connection with that trade, occupation, profession, or business.
  • I affirm that I advertise and hold myself out to the public as available to provide the same or similar services I will provide via the Premium Cleaning platform, and that I contract with third parties to provide the same or similar services when appropriate.
  • I understand and agree that services I perform are outside the usual course of Premium Cleaning’s business and that such services will be performed outside Premium Cleaning’s business premises used by Premium Cleaning for its operations.
  • I understand that I am responsible for all costs and expenses of operating as an independent contractor, including tools, insurance, materials, supplies and personnel, as applicable.
  • I understand that I will not be provided with instructions or training by Premium Cleaning as part of this application process.
  • I understand that my actual expenses may exceed my income and that I could experience out‑of‑pocket losses as a result of performing services.
  • I understand that working off‑platform with a Premium Cleaning customer may require a fee to be paid to Premium Cleaning; however, I remain free to offer my services to other customers.

2. Accuracy of Information

Applicants must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. Deliberately providing false or misleading information may be grounds for rejection or later termination of engagement.

3. Consent to Background Checks

As part of the application process we may conduct background checks, identity verification and reference checks where permitted by law. By applying you consent to such checks. If you do not consent, please do not submit the application.

4. Right to Work & Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction where the role is located. You are responsible for maintaining any required permits, licenses or authorizations. Offers of engagement may be conditioned on proof of the right to work.

5. Resume and Supporting Documents

When you upload a resume or other documents you confirm you have the right to provide those materials and that they are free of malware. Submitted files may be stored on our servers to process your application.

6. Use of Personal Data

We collect and process personal data included in your application for recruitment and engagement purposes: to evaluate your application, contact you, perform checks, and record decisions. We will retain application records in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. No Guarantee of Employment or Engagement

Submitting an application does not create an employment contract, guarantee an interview, or guarantee any offer. Any engagement offered will be subject to a separate written agreement and required checks and may be withdrawn if checks are unsatisfactory.

8. Safety, Screening and Role Requirements

Certain roles may require physical tasks, valid driving credentials, vehicle insurance, drug screening, or other role‑specific requirements. Consent to these checks and screenings is part of the application process when applicable.

9. Withdrawal & Corrections

If you wish to withdraw your application or correct submitted information, contact us at contact@premium.cleaning and we will process your request in accordance with our privacy practices.

10. Security & Storage

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data you provide. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure; by submitting documents online you accept that a residual risk remains. Do not submit documents you do not want stored electronically.
