Airbnb & Short‑Term Rental Turnover Cleaning

Tailored turnover cleaning for short-term rental hosts. We operate within a 30‑mile radius of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. We deliver fast, reliable turnovers that help you maintain five‑star reviews.

Turnover process

1. Pre-arrival checklist reviewed with host/manager.
2. Team performs standardized turnover checklist, addresses any issues, and prepares space for the next guest.
3. Final touches: fresh linens, folded toilet paper, amenities staged, property locked and secured.
4. Report sent to host/property manager; optional final photos included.

3PL — Third‑Party Supplier & Partner Services

Our 3PL offering means we act as your local operations and supplies partner. Beyond cleaning labor, we supply and coordinate goods and services so your properties and operations run smoothly. This includes third‑party supplier janitorial products, office consumables, and a full range of cleaning supplies and fulfillment.

What "3PL" covers (examples)

• Janitorial supplies: bulk sanitizers, disinfectants, specialty cleaners, mop heads, microfibre cloths, trash liners, gloves and PPE.
• Office & property consumables: paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, coffee/tea supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent.
• Cleaning & maintenance supplies: vacuum bags, filter replacements, cleaning tools, odor control, and small maintenance parts.
• Fulfillment & restocking: inventory management, scheduled deliveries to properties, and on-demand restocking after turnovers.
• Vendor coordination: laundry pickup/drop-off, special repairs, or sourcing local contractors as needed.

For most supply or sourcing requests we provide two independent quotes for the same scope so you can compare price, delivery lead-times, and product/service levels. Providing two comparable proposals helps you choose the best balance of cost and quality and reduces procurement risk.
