3PL — Third‑Party Supplier & Partner Services

Our 3PL offering means we act as your local operations and supplies partner. Beyond cleaning labor, we supply and coordinate goods and services so your properties and operations run smoothly. This includes third‑party supplier janitorial products, office consumables, and a full range of cleaning supplies and fulfillment.

What "3PL" covers (examples)
  • Janitorial supplies: bulk sanitizers, disinfectants, specialty cleaners, mop heads, microfibre cloths, trash liners, gloves and PPE.
  • Office & property consumables: paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, coffee/tea supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent.
  • Cleaning & maintenance supplies: vacuum bags, filter replacements, cleaning tools, odor control, and small maintenance parts.
  • Fulfillment & restocking: inventory management, scheduled deliveries to properties, and on-demand restocking after turnovers.
  • Vendor coordination: laundry pickup/drop-off, special repairs, or sourcing local contractors as needed.
